Spider ID

Hi,

I live in Central Louisiana and have never seen a spider such as this.
It sure made a cool web, although I cannot get my trash into the can without disturbing this creature.

I will have to move him/her, but would like to know what it is before I relocate it.

Argiope sp. most likely, and by the looks of the stabalementum it is a young one. Harmless orb weaver.

Just wanted to make sure it was no threat before I upset it by relocating it to the back yard.
