What spider is it that can be found in the desert south USA that makes a tube out of webbing, insect body parts and other trash? It has it's tube suspended vertically out in the open in it's web and I think it can be about 4 inches long. I believe I saw egg sacs in each tube I saw. The egg sac is placed attached to the inside similar to a Jumper design. Any idea? I never saw a live spider in each tube.

I'll upload a pic of the tube. I reread my post, kind of confusing. I'll have to find the pic.

The webs are located close to the ground usually on the sides of scrub and tall grasses.

It looks like a Diguetia sp. to me.
Family Diguetidae.
