Spider ID please?

Anyone knows what kind of araneid is this? you can find dozens of them around here right now and i tried looking for it on the web, but i can't find one with the same or similar color pattern as this one, i thought maybe genus Araneus, but

Looks to be some kind of Argiope. I'm not familiar with the species though.

looks like the Aculepeira sp. I´ve seen here in Germany - probably another species...
