Hello! I found this board when I began to search for how to rescue the hundreds of egg sacs that are suspended in webs on my house and garage--although I have left the spiders undisturbed for years, I have agreed to allow it to be cleaned this Fall. Anyway, I was appalled to find that, for the most part, what came up when I searched was ways to kill them! I would like to rescue the eggs, and store them in a way that they could hatch and live according to their own schedule. I have no idea what kind of spiders they are--I see a large variety of spiders, from tiny to large, inside the house and in the yard. The egg sacs suspended on the house all look similar though. I live in northern Michigan, and they are outside. If someone is interested in advising me, I will be happy to take photos, etc. if that helps. Thank you so much!
