Spider bite?

People are always saying they get by spiders, and it's never believable I think I may have actually got bitten by one. Woke up to this, 2 tiny holes about 1-2mm apart, crusted over like it's been leaking puss, and it kinda hurts. If it was a spider, hopefully just a loose wolf sling and didn't get crushed...

Cats are brutal, I used to work with feral cats, probably trapped and fixed 50. Probably go for an old world bite before wearing an angry cat on my arm lol.

AKA cat bite or cat scratch fever. I got a cat bite once. Pastuerella multocida infection went systemic. 10 days in the hospital and three weeks at home giving myself IV antibiotics. A substrain of that bacilli is presently killing off elephants.
Yersinia pestis, AKA black death. A cousin of that bacteria came close to wiping out the European population due it being transmissible by vectors, especially fleas.
