Hi everybody, I'm having trouble finding any info on this T. I recently purchased it from a local pet dealer. Apparently, it's a Blue Femur Beauty
or Eualthus pulcherimaklaasi. Can somebody please confirm this.

Im housing it in a 10gal tank with 100% potting soil. Humidity is kept at
60-100%. Im unsure about the condition favorable for this T.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Pics are hard for an ID...but I would say that you have a very uncommon species called Grammostola fasciata

This is Homeomma sp. "blue" (the large one).

These are often sold erroroneously as E. pulcherrimaklaasi, which is not currently in the trade (It was in the hobby in the past though). It's not surprising you purchased it labeled as such. AFAIK, EVERYTHING being sold currently as E. pulcherrimaklaasi is Homeomma sp. "blue" "large"... and this is what is pictured above.
