Someone please help I’m not sure what these are and they it doesn’t look healthy

My centipede has had these black things on its tail and for some is anyone at all experienced with anything like this this is my first time only a centipede and I have never seen anything like this the whole time I’ve owned him until now please help

Unfortunately this looks like a mycosis infection. I could be wrong though
