cool pic. i just took a few pics of my rose. she is getting very old now. but still chugs along. can you get a better pic of the pink toe? those things are cool too.

Why is the rosie on bark chips? I hope that's just for the picture...

its not bark chips but coconut bark chips. she digs in it at times and its in just 1 corner of the cage, I use organic soil for the rest, which she burrows in. She sometimes take the coconut bark into her burrow. probably to secure the walls...I would imagine. I would never use bark (cedar especially-its a natural insectiside and could kill her)
