@viper69 Cell phone solution. In California there was signs warning people a $50 fine for littering. It was ignored or sneered at. Then they changed it to $1000. Trash started vanishing from the roadways.
So do the same with cell phones. Only since the hazard is much greater, how about $20,000 fine? A little wake up and stop being stupid call?
