Lolong, the world's largest captive crocodile has died.

At 20 ft and 2,370 lbs he was a true giant.

I watched the tv show where he was captured. Wow. Sad.

I suppose its possible he might have put on a few pounds leading a more sedentary lifestyle in captivity. Here are a few photos from his capture for comparison purposes:
