So I had bought a few crickets to supplement my t's regular diet of B. dubia. I had my t cages out and lined up, and as I was transferring a large cricket to my mature 5" G. rosea girl, when its leg came off, and the cricket fell into the P. murinus sling enclosure. The cricket was easily longer/bigger than the sling, which is maybe 1.25" or 1.5". Anyways, before I can put the tongs in and grab it, the cricket runs over one of its underground tunnel lairs, and out pops the sling, bites it in the head, wraps its legs around, and wooosh! drags it underground! Very cool stuff, considering I tried giving the same size later to a 2.5" B. smithi and it ran away from it! I guess you've gotta be tough to survive in Africa......
