Finally found myself a female Senticolis triaspis for my male, and a regal ring neck :) Here are the pics. Just so you all know the Green Rat is 52 iches long!!! Thats Huge.

I can count on one hand the adult ringneck's ive ever seen here in NC. The only reason I've EVER seen a juvie is because I hatched a clutch one time...

Haha, every person I know who takes pictures of ringneck snakes always gets them to pose belly-up.

Getting them to pose belly up was much easier than I expected, you see out here in the west (at least AZ) they are not as easy to find, so this was only my second one, and I do allot of herping lol.

Those are really nice to look at. I've seen allot of pictures of green rats but I've never seen a live one. I took a herp class about 20 years ago. Seems like I remember hearing that the ringnecks do have some venom but they are harmless because they don't bite. I could very well have that mixed up with some other snake. Am I wrong about that?

You're right the regal ringnecks do have a mild venom but its enough to kill other snakes, which is what they prey on....they've even been known to eat young kingsnakes thier same size.
