Wow, what a dummy. I'm pretty sure there is some false info in there of course, I have never heard that any cobra can kill a man in 15 minutes or an elephant in three hours. Obviously the bite this moron got wasn't that bad if he refused treatment and continued on with his flight. I was told by herpetologist who specializes in venomous tropical American snakes that an hour or two is, in reality, a very "fast" death from a snake bite and this would be something like a Taipan or a severe bite from a very large snake and a very small or sickly person. Mostly has to do with lack of available treatment that so many people die from certain snake bites as I understand it.
