Yep, it's a Paradise Flying Tree Snake, a mildly-venomous rear-fanged lizard eater, though it looks like it bit off WAY more than it could chew here with two big Tokays! At first I thought it was constricting, something I have not heard of this species doing, then I realized that its potential meal had a death-grip on the snake's body with its jaws, so the snake was probably trying to extricate itself from the Tokay's jaws. It was kind funny how the other Tokay was just hanging around at the door, and then all of a sudden seemed to realize, "hey, there's a SNAKE right over there" and rushed in to attack it. Tokays can be some fearsome beasts, alright!

Many years ago, I had a Tokay latch solidly onto the heel part of my palm. It took me about 15-20 painful, bloody minutes of prying, probing, sticking, soaking...basically everything I could think of to get it off. When I finally did, the man-eater literally bit off a part that mouthful of my hand and ate it right in front of me. I couldn't believe it. Tokays definitely have my respect!
