DOesn't look like a Pituophis to me.....looks more like a baby Emoryi Ratsnake. BUt am not 100% sure....would need some better pics to tell....especially of the head area.
First ID'er was right on the money-baby Emory's Rat Snake, a very good pet snake and one of the genetic "ingredients" in many strains of Corn Snake that are being produced by breeders.
