Looks like one of the Keelbacks, probably Xenochrophis piscator, the Checkered Keelback. I can see a checkerboard pattern on the front dorsal part of its body and the head has markings very similar to our Garters, to which it's related. Adult X. piscators in some parts of their range lose most of the dorsal patterning on the lower part of the body, and indeed, that appears to be the case here. It is considered a harmless species, but keep in mind that it is a rear-fanged snake and it does have a close relative which has fairly toxic venom and has caused a handful of human deaths, the so-called "Tiger Keelback", Rhabdophis tigrinus. I personally would not worry much about that with this species though, since their toxicity appears to be comparable with that of a Garter or North American Nerodia.
