Let me preface this with a story. We found a snail in the basement. Turns out hes a Blue Glass Snail. Turns out they are carnivorous, they eat protein fish food, other snails, and little bugs. Cool, I fed him fish food (bloodworms). Awesome, I've had him for a month now, no issues. Moist habitat, active healthy snail.

We come home today with buddies for him (pill bugs/millipedes). And we find eggs. He's a SHE. I think she's still laying them as I type this. Glass Snails eat their own eggs!! I also wonder if they're asexual. She was alone for a month, are these even fertilized eggs??

Do I need to separate them all or will they be able to live with her?? I've never heard of glass snails until I got her and I want to keep these eggos alive until they're lil snails. Any advice is appreciated.

I want to say that the great majority of land snails are hermaphrodites.
Glass-snails aren't asexual, but some snails can self-fertilize. I don't think glass-snails can do this, but I'm not 100% sure.
She might have mated before you found her.

I am currently dealing with way too many glass-snails myself. They'll eat fruits and veggies also, and the ones that I have don't seem to bother living plants (which is good for me). They are in my millipede enclosures so I'm afraid they'll eat the millipede's eggs (which is bad for me).

They won't eat their own eggs or each other, so it's ok to keep them together, BUT the isopods might eat their eggs!

Lemme just say SNAILS LAY ALOT OF EGGS soo be prepared and if u don't have the space you can freeze them. That's how I had to dispose of my old snails eggs as he was a giant African land snail and I live in the UK but I guess u could set the ones u can't look after free :/ if they fertile gl gl
