Smeringus mesaensis

I'm considering buying an S. mesaensis. I've heard that they're similar to H. arizonensis, which I have some experience with. Any advice?

They are, indeed, very similar. The only thing you are likely to find is that the S.mesaensis is going to be somewhat quicker and more aggressive. It is also smaller, but I do like the more homogonous colouration. Care for both of them should be about the same, so if you've done H.arazonensis then you can do S.mesaensis.
