I vote P. murinus also. The pattern on the carapace is easy to spot. I could be wrong but just my guess

Im just sure its either Idiothele nigrofulva or Pterinochilus sp. But Im curious why you say to look at the pediphalps ? Is it a mature male on a spermweb ? Either way I cant see the ends in the picture it seems they are tucked under a little.

maybe it's a species where the mature male looks like one of a different species...
