Should you move redrunner ootheca (egg case) to another enclosure?

So finally I spotted the first ootheca on one of my redrunners but I was wondering when she lays it should I move it to another enclosure to ensure a successful hatching or should I leave it?
I don't know much about red runners but I do know that roaches can eat anything.

Occasionally, especially if not enough protein is offered, I'll find red runners eating their own ootheca, so its not the worst in the world to move them if your colony is very small. Once they start multiplying however its not worth the time, and its better to just make sure they're well fed in a balanced way.
