Not sure what they are but they aren't life threatening. The dangers and likelihood of spider bites are vastly overblown.

This is clearly some type of small mygalomorph, looks like a tiny tarantula. I would be thrilled to find these!

Beautiful spiders! Not too sure what they are, but I doubt their venom would pose any danger. But even if it is if you don't mess with them they won't mess with you.

This really looks like a genuine baby tarantula to me. The "horn" on its back is particularly telling. And if OP lives in South Africa, they may very well have disrupted a tarantula nest. Tarantulas very much exist in South Africa.

We do have tarantulas but I only spotted these after some rain so maybe their nest got destroyed during some storms . Interesting to find them right outside my door lmao .thank you for the help

Could be some Nemesiidae/Entypesidae species.
