Should I add more substrate?

sub is dry only moistened it enough to pack down looks a lot darker in the picture than it is! thank you here’s a pic with better lighting

Looks fine. The spider will let you know if it's not dry enough if it's hanging out on the walls lol. In which case adding a top layer of very dry sub would probably be appreciated. But if it's just chilling and doesn't seem bothered I'm sure it's fine.

That is the gold standard for substrate height. Handling is a nogo.

i was not the one handling the T it was the vendor that sold it to me.

thank you i’ve been thinking the same thing just got an awesome deal wanted to get the T out of there.
