Sexing two species...

Can anyone describe accurately how to sex B. lateralis and N. cinerea, please?:?

Hi from Russia to SAR.
B. lateralis as well as lobster roach can be sexed easily as other most roaches in nymphs by the shape of the underside of apical sternit.
More of this B. lateralis (=shelfordella tartara) has sexual dimprphisn in imago: males are winged.
