sexing discoids?

I was given a colony of discoids and there is way more then I need. Is there a reliable way to sex the adults so I can cull some of the males?

Look at the sternites. The last two are fused on females.

Thanks Travis, that helps a great deal. Now I just have to get brave enough to handle a bunch of them. I really dislike this species and don't look forward to messing with them.
