Sexing works differently depending on the family or genus, and you haven't said which species it is.
It looks like some sort of Buthidae, in which case they look like 2 females.

The operculum should be oval shaped for female and the males should be more triangular shaped.

The more visible picture is a male but the more blurry one is hard to tell.

I had to double take at this and mis counted. They are female. @joeyis correct.

Looking at the operculum doesn't work for buthidae, only scorpionidae. With buthidae, you can count the pectinal teeth, or look at the angle/spacing of the pectines.

Both pairs of pectines seem extremely similar, so their both one gender imo, idk which one tho:bigtears:
