Since that's of the external anatomy, you wouldn't see spermathecae anyway short of stepping on the T.

I can't be sure, but I'd actually be inclined to say you've got a very good chance of a female with that one (angle/spacing of the booklungs and the apparent "gap" in the center of the furrow).
