Tried mating them, but unsuccessful. She was very reseptive, but when either he or she touched eachother, the male would always bolt.

She would rear up, not in a defensive way, bob up and down and side to side, but the male just pussed out...

So I put her into a tank, and him in there with her. Hopefully they will get use to eachother.

Male H. gigas trying to get his women out. She did end up coming out, but was spooked by the lights and took off back down. Next attempt will be with the lights off.

I got really bored while waiting on the matings...
