How many can say they got their Highschool senior picture with their tarantula? I didn't have much hope that the portrait studio would let me bring my "poisonious" "creepy crawly" for a photo shoot (even if it is a docile G. Rosea). I asked the receptionist girl, "Would you consider a tarantula a family pet?"
and she responded "What do you mean?"
"Its like a large spider"
"Oh...a spider? Hold on let me ask the photographers."
Luckily there was a photographer there who got really exited that I was going to bring a tarantula. This studio has photographed different reptiles and animals, but never a tarantula. He took more pictures of the tarantula and I than any of the other poses, and he even held her at the end! Anyway, I'm really exited because he got some really good photos and I got him interested in the hobby!
