Screwed by a T dealer

I had sent some money to a respectable t dealer about a month and a half ago. But the problem is this person never sent my order or called or anything. And on top of it all this person sold there buisiness since they have had my money. I have bought from this person before with no problems, so I don't know what there deal is. I have called, emailed, texted this individual nearly every day. I was only answered one time about three weeks ago. I was told to call them back the following Sunday so my order could be set to go( half of everything I ordered was gone by this time) but never answered my call. So as most anyone by this time, I'm ticked off at this person, I don't even care if I get any t's, just as long as I get my money back I'm straight. But with no answer that's preety hard. Should I keep trying or should I call the police and sue this person? Any opinion is useful.
