On first appreances they look like memebers of the Bothriuridae family.
The top one could be something like Bothriurus asper.

Possible genus's for the other guys are Bothriurus, Brazilobothriurus etc. I'm sure others might have a better idea. Great pictures .

that detailed parts you need?

For good IDs you'll need (I certainly will ) high quality close ups of the pedipalps (claws+appendage), the fifth segment of the metasoma (tail) and the tergites (plates) on the body of the scorpion. Plus locality data would help allot. If you have access to a copy of "Scorpions of Brazil" by W. R. Lourenco, you could do the IDs yourself .
