That is a really surprising female; this specie of pede is suposed to be difficult to breed but this pede looks like to have a tendence to breeding by itself. First year I capture it for a experimental breeding pourpouses in this sp; or it was pregnant before or it suffered a suposed paretenogenetic proces (24 pedelings). Second year, I put a male whit her, and breeding was well (22 pedelings, i have a video in the youtube with mating video), and this year, it looks like to retend spearm or again pertenogenetic proces (partenogenesis in cingulata could be comproved if 3-4 year later, I can preserve all the population of pedeling and after to observe the sex of pedes; if there are all the same genera, there is a big probability that cinculata also can be partenogenetic but there is some factors that can have influence in this proces such eggs incubation temperature or so on).
