My giant female B. albo died this weekend. She was my very first T and my "gateway tarantula" into the hobby. I got her when she was already mature so I don't know how old she was, but she was at least 16. It's always so depressing to lose one that you are particularly attached to.

Oh man..... that really sucks. I don't even want to think about what I'll feel like when my first T passes away. :(

Sorry for you're loss, but you can always thank her for getting you into the hobby.

That sucks to hear. I was really sad when my first T died as well. It was an A.avicularia

Sorry for your loss - never easy to lose a pet, especially one you've had for a while like that, and one that brought you into a hobby like this. :(
