I mostly keep T's (I have a few isopods that I might later add to the T's setup but are separate for now) and have been wanting to share pics of my tarantulas. They are not the best quality but I thought it would be nice to have a thread so I can share the progress of my slings. :)

I am going to start off with my S.Calceatum who usually does not come out during the day. Usually comes out once it gets dark like clockwork. I am pretty sure it is starting premolt. It has my fav home base set up. It looked a bit cooler a few days ago but some of the web was wrecked when it enthusiastically took down a meal worm. The other side has a hole going out that looks really cool. I don't want to disturb it right now so I can only show this side.

Im by no means an expert on arboreals but does that enclosure not need a bit more height so that the T can climb? Maybe time for a re house into a bigger enclosure? Im not knocking it, just an observation :)

It is taller than the photo makes it look tbh. It is About 3 times the spiders leg length. These are more or less the temp enclosures I have set up so they are not the prettiest. Next molt for this one and my H.mac they are going to the next size up.
