Royal Diadem snakes ( rear fanged ) - need i.d

well i was just curious to see if you any of you snake buffs out there could tell me if this snake has a trait on it? i have never seen a diadem like it. and i just got it in my breeding pair. this is the male i'm talking about, has alot of random black dotches,speckling and a black head. Also how much do you guys think the pair is worth ??

It just looks like a young adult that has not lost all of its juvenile pattern to me. Adults and babies of this species look very different, you know, and the otogenic color change is gradual. It is not uncommon for some locales to keep their juvenile pattern throughout their lives.
