RookieNeedsHelp: Spider Identification

Long story short, my Dad and I caught this little fella at our backyard.
I don't really into spiders but this guy looks interesting to me, plus he/she eat like a damn machine.
But I need you guys to help identify this spider! My hometown is Indonesia, maybe that's a clue...

Any information is helpful, thanks!

Looks like a Argiope appensa.

Definitely an Argiope Sp. I'm not too well versed in this species, but I think it could be Argiope Appensa. The coloration and leg positioning are what I'm going off of.

I'm pretty clueless on spiders. Just knew it was an orb weaver. Google and bam!!!!!!!!
