Roatan Purple

Has anyone succesfully bred the Theraphosinae SP. Roatan AKA Roatan Purple spider?, I will soon have a MM and an adult female and would love to breed them as it is currently the only species I have seen in the wild, if you have any advice please let me know

I have 3 slings from the first US hatching, I believe the person who bred them is named Alex Fischer but I don't know him. Good luck

Ah nice, I am not sure if there has even been a breeding success in the UK yet so could be quite an achievement if I can manage it

I thought they would be revised into Phormictopus genus, but they are quite slow growing in my experience. Mine are at most 1" and I've had them over a year

I am not aware of a revision to properly identify them, yes they are quite slow growers for definite so we will see how it goes with my attempts to breed
