i got this guy names as Blaberus giganteus...count as 8cm+, ummmm...
how do u guys think? looks maybe hybird to me again..@_@

They do look like B.Giganteus, it's the torn up wings that make them look different. B. giganteus are known for their large wings. If you post a picture of their underside we can get a positive i.d.

Yeah thats a giganteus, too bad about the wings though. To prevent them from nibbling at the wings any more they need more protein. I feed mine cooked hamburger meat and they have never nibbled at their wings, one is almost 1 year old and the wings are in perfect condition!

thx for your advise, i feel sorry about the wings too, but its what i can c when there arrive..i will try to feed more high protein stuff to improve.

about the species..just interested to know...how u determine its a giganteus?
u concern of which part??? or decided from what point??? thank you...:worship:

Well for one thing the size of the roach compared to your hand was a start. The underside of the abdomen of your roach matched the underside of my giganteus.

I have B. Fusca and from a distance they look similar to giganteus, but the underside of their abdomen has longer lines, and they are yellow-orange color lines instead of giganteus, which is yellow-white in color.
