Roach won’t budge

So I’m trying to clean my G. Portentosa cage, since it’s really in need of a clean. But two of my 4 roaches will not budge from their log. Do I really need to clean that log or can I just clean the rest and leave the log dirty for a bit?

You can always pick them up and move the manually, you won’t hurt them!
