Roach question

My baby hissers seem to have a more difficult time running on the smooth plastic of their rubbermaid tub than the adults.

Are they born without sticky pads?

Quite different for me, the little hissers are able to cross the teflon stuff. The adults can not

Mine have no problem getting out.

None of mine have done any climbing, but they have only been in their tub for a few hours. I got a clear plastic Serilite tub, because the sides are very slick. I dont know if that makes a difference. I also used a wide strip of teflon just in case.
