Roach Motel

A picture of my hissing cockroach colony. Housed in a 40g breeder. Foam panel insulation velcroed to the sides and laid on top. Megaray heat emitter on top keeps the temps from 90F to 75F. Feeding ground dry dogfood and veggies along with water crystals.

Also just occured to me today that I could stick my (very) small colony of discoids container and all inside so they can get above room temp.

Haven't had this setup long enough to see how well they do.

have done a set up like that before? im just lookin into breed roachs but for feeders but done know which ones to use?
