Roach ID Q

I was out in the woods here in central NC last night collecting millipedes. There were lots of medium brown flying roaches out. These were about 3/4" long, light bodied and good flyers. I don't have a picture, but this picture on Bugguide.net looks close.

Anyone know what type of roach this is and if these flyers were all males?

I believe that is a pic of the Broad wood roach (Parcoblatta lata). What you probably saw is the Banded wood roach (Parcoblatta zebra), a specie that is very commonly found in outside in NC and VA (my home state).
