Found 2 of these guys yesterday under some paper out in the darling downs in queensland australia. Anyone have any idea on what it may be or at least a possible genus?
Possibly the Polyzostria genus, there are alot of unfamiliar Aussie roaches outthere even to roach nerds like me, and even more undescribed roaches altogether in the land down under.... a magical and wonderful place for the insect enthusiast in my opinion.
cheers te, i'm only just starting to get interested in these kind of roaches, always loved the macropanesthia and related genera but now getting into these types, the genus Polyzostria has some very nice species in it. Will be back out this way in spring or possibly sooner, be good to see what i'll find when it warms up
