I just started a dubia colony and how do you keep the humidity up? I can only get it to 19%. The temp is 90 and I have a large dish of water crystals in there as well.

Thanks
Steph

Lower your temperature to 78-80, and you will have better results. If you keep them supplied with water crystals, you have no reason to worry about humidity for them. Higher humidity in their container will only invite pests like phorid flys, and mites which you obviously do not want.

do not worry about humidity with blaptica dubia. they do fine in a 20qt rubermaid tub with a good size section of the lid cut out for ventilation. like smitty said just give them water crystals and you will be fine. you really dont want it to humid in there because it will cause mold.
