Rhacodactylus ciliatus problem

Hello all

My girlfriend has a little baby cresty we've had for a little over a month. He/she has been healthy up until recently when it started shedding. Its left eye as gone really dialated compared to the right. I'm wondering if this is because they're nocturnal and the light during the day as started to affect it.
Any other suggestions to this problem?

im just learning about them because i may get a few, so im not 100% sure on it but if its anything like what happened to my one leopard gecko, the shed may not have come off the eye.

i noticed some dialation in the eye that my leopard gecko had the shed stuck to.

id look at other replies if i were you but thats the only thing i can think of.
