Revamped the spider room!

...though I must admit, the "spider room" has become the "critter room."

Anyway, the room had become a complete disaster. Since I decided to stay home from work today (for some reason I really needed a "personal sanity day"), I thought I should dedicate a couple hours to cleaning it up. I ended up removing 2 garbage bags of trash, half a dozen boxes of various sizes, several flower pots and other items that had wandered into (or been stashed in) the room as a result of moving into the new house.

current residents:
141 tarantulas
2 scorpions
2 pacman frogs
1 toad
1 blue tongue skink
1 snake (babysitting)
2 caecilians
3 eastern rhino beetles & 15+ grubs
3 roach colonies
1 pill bug colony
1 red worm colony (to be added this week)

Where do you find the mesh tops for the 2.5gals!?!?!? My LPS's carry the tank but not the lid -.-

i bought the lids online. i can't remember the exact site, but they were about $4/each. i just bot a lot of 10 at the time. i could probably stand to invest in another 5 to 10 2.5 gallon tanks. maybe after christmas.

VERY NICE... SUPER COOL, way to many for me, BUT SUPER COOL, can i see your beetles? Im a hard core rhino bettle fan... I collect rhino bettles... dead cause I cant find them live... Ive got over 12 different species in my Rhino collection.

Looks like your using the same metal shelving that I have. Doesn't it work great! I like how the shelves are adjustable in height and will hold quite a bit of weight. Keeps everything nice and organized and looks nice too.
