Is it ok to reuse cork bark that hasn't been all webed up or pooped all over. Should I clean/disinfect it some how?

What's a good way to tell when it's ok to reuse cork bark and especially substrate?
Cork bark:

Clean it well. Get those webbings, poops off and rinse it with water, then dry.

Substrate:

Throw all top layers (mostly webbings, and left overs, and reuse below part of substrates. (If it was for fossorial, it’s another story)

ahhh, I don't have spring tails so I'll just use fresh substrate. but It'll be nice to start reusing cork bark.

If you think anything gross got on it, spray it with a hose and chuck in it the oven for thirty minutes

It's fine to use even if it has been webbed up/crapped on.

No need to disinfect, just pick/brush off as much of the crap/webbing as you can (you don't have to worry about getting it all, the tarantula won't care) and then put it in the new enclosure.

Cork - The only reason I wouldn't reuse it is if the previous occupant was riddled with nematodes or Cordyceps, neither of which is likely to happen unless you regularly by WC tarantulas.

Soil - Soil generally doesn't go bad, just pick out any webbing/boluses and reuse/store as needed, the only reasons I wouldn't reuse the sub is if the previous occupant was riddled with nematodes or Cordyceps (again, extremely unlikely to happen), or there was a colossal mould outbreak.

Hell, I've reused entire enclosures before, just put the current occupant in the new enclosure, pick out any webbing, change the water dish, and put in the new occupant, not had any issues with it on the few occasions I've done it

If you're reusing substrate from a NW species, be aware there may be urticating hairs in the sub.
