Rescued mantis.

I have a green Chinese mantis that I have taken away from a friend of mine. It is super thin and not active not drinking not eating. Have been feeding water with syringe today, and hoping to see it for a little guy. Would love some information on what I should do. First Mattis

How big is it? Keep it in a jar with a couple flies and see
