I think she got the majority out, but it still seems like a bit is stuck. Is there anything I can do to help her along?Ive never seen one like that , but as long as it doesn’t get stuck it’s fine.
Could be- though I've had other girls drop before who weren't kept with males. Those oothecae didn't look like this eitherYeah strange looking for sure but should be fine. Maybe because it wasn't fertile it looked like that?
Don’t know my dubia that had this problem died I couldn’t remove it with tongs. Hopefully yours survives.I think she got the majority out, but it still seems like a bit is stuck. Is there anything I can do to help her along? View attachment 466210
After about 20 minutes I was able to gently pull the stuck Ootheca out of her abdomen. Thank you for the advice, fingers crossed she will be able to pass the rest, if there is any.Don’t know my dubia that had this problem died I couldn’t remove it with tongs. Hopefully yours survives.
