... No photos of the hilarious process of getting it back OUT of the cup tho 🤣.

This sweetie was polite and terrified. Poor baby needed to be shoveled around with the paint brush.

Lots more room now to put up curtains though! We'll see how long it takes to trash the new place. 🥰

What species of Tapinauchenius is it?

My second rehouse of my Tapinauchenius violaceus took 10 minutes or so as everytime I put her in the new enclosure she jump out and do a fast walk-about.

She's a little over 5 inches now and difficult to get a decent photo of.

This is about as good as I can get taken a few minutes ago.

Those are the best 👌 Any new T's on the forecast?
No, the four I got last July are all I have space for as they grow out. And given that both my Grammostolas are ladies, it will be a while before I have more space heh.

What species of Tapinauchenius is it?
Listed as T. sp violaceus, after violaceus as a species was made synonymous with plumipes.

lol I love it when they throw lightning fast or magnificently defensive Ts for free. Especially when it’s a nice order of cool collected new world terrestrials 😂
Yeaaaah, my previous order (from a different vendor) I ordered two psalmos and an avic, and they threw in...a V. chromatus, of course (back when it was a Nhandu) 🙄 Alas, that turned out to be the cursed shipment from which everyone died.

This order was my G. iheringi, Y. diversipes, and P. ecclesiasticus. The Tapi was a pretty logical/appropriate addition with the several different arboreal New Worlds especially including the Psalmo. This vendor I will definitely use again, when there's finally space available. (Already reviewed in the appropriate section of the forum.)

Also, I love purple, so there is that too 💜
