Does anyone know if Blaptica dubia roaches exhibit the same or similar regenerative qualities as tarantulas? If so, does anyone know any excellent readings on this subject?
Not sure, but I would imagine that nymphs may have the ability to regenerate limbs when they molt. Many arthropods have limb regeneration abilities. However, unlike T's, roaches have an ultimate molt, so if an adult roach looses a limb or antenna, it's gone for good.
Just like T's - dubia will regenerate whatever is missing - so long as they are not fully adults. At that point they are like mature male T's and will no longer be able to regenerate.
